Organize closings, including the completion and submission of all closing documents.</li><li>Provide timely and consistent follow-through with current prospects and customers from initial contact to after closing with all communication logged into the CRM system.</li><li>Generate and manage agreements which may include calculation of sales tax and monthly payment plans as well as running credit checks.</li><li>Create an exceptional experience for all current and prospective customers while ensuring all practices are completed in compliance with company policies, state regulations and fair housing standards.</li><li>Maintain masterful knowledge of our product, communities, competition, and overall market including product, site, local community, sales, leases, promotions, advertising, and demographics.</li><li>Execute successful follow up of recent resident move ins to ensure satisfaction and self-generate referral leads that produce sales and leasing results.</li><li>Actively engage, prospect, and work with current renters in your community to convert them into homeowners.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED is required, College Degree preferred.</li><li>3+ years of professional sales experience (real estate, retail, hospitality, automotive, wireless, etc)</li><li>Experience using marketing software platforms to drive customer traffic would be a big plus.</li><li>Success utilizing a CRM system is highly preferred.</li><li>Ability to work Saturdays and some holidays.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, organizational, communication and time management skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Positive attitude, self-motivated, resourceful, professional, and capable of achieving quota and exceeding goals.</li><li>Have a knack for self-generating sales and leases through outreach and marketing initiatives.</li></ul>
