About Flagright

Flagright is an AI-native AML compliance and fraud prevention platform serving fintechs and banks across 6 continents. We help financial institutions stop money laundering and fraud in real time. We’re backed by Y Combinator, rated #1 on G2 for transaction monitoring, and growing fast.

Our platform is the most intuitive in the market, chosen by Fortune 500 companies, large banks, and fast-growing startups. You’ll be selling a product customers love and that delivers real, measurable value across organizations of all sizes — from early-stage fintechs to global enterprises.

We’re a small, global team building something that matters: protecting the financial system from criminals.

Every customer we bring on strengthens the world’s defenses.

The Role

You’ll generate pipeline for APAC by identifying and engaging decision-makers at fintechs and banks. This means cold calls, personalized outreach, deep research on prospects, and booking meetings for our sales team.

This is a high-growth startup, not a corporate job. You’ll work across time zones with a global team.

You’ll have direct access to founders and input into how our go-to-market motion evolves. You’ll be given a proven playbook to help you grow, ramp quickly, and excel in the role.

Sometimes you’ll work evenings or weekends when needed. The pace is intense and expectations are high. You’ll hear “no” a lot and need to keep pushing.

We’re looking for people who can sprint when the business demands it, not people who need rigid 9-5 boundaries.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome motivated fresh graduates who are eager to master and grow in sales. What matters most is your drive: you work with intention, you take ownership, and you deliver.

This is a role for you if you want to accelerate your sales career, and prepare for the next steps in your sales journey. We offer a well-defined career progression from junior to senior levels and into leadership for those who consistently deliver.

People who thrive at Flagright:

  • Are resourceful—they figure things out with whatever tools are available

  • Have strong opinions and can defend them

People who struggle here:

  • Need extensive hand-holding

  • View high expectations as “unreasonable”

  • Actually prioritize work-life balance

  • Can’t handle ambiguity or rejection

  • Prefer consistent routine over fast-changing priorities

Why Join

You'll learn faster here than anywhere else. You'll get direct access to founders, real ownership, and exposure to how early-stage companies work. The mission matters—every deal helps stop financial crime. The team is small, global, and driven.

Compensation: Competitive market rate (base salary and commission) + equity
