The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales processes, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and promoting Schinkel’s Legacy products. The role may also involve collaborating with management to develop sales strategies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.</li><li>Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed sales goals.</li><li>Ability to provide Training and mentorship to team members to enhance overall performance.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of the food or retail industry is an asset.</li><li>A self-driven attitude with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.</li></ul>
