SAP Business Solution Architect

Responsibilities Manage SAP pre-sale and implementation project governance, including refining business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, driving process and organizational changes, and resolving issues through troubleshooting and root cause analysis Evaluate existing customer systems to pinpoint areas where SAP solutions can add value Create and modify SAP Solution-specific functional requirements, identifying necessary IT and business enablers from initial customer concepts to final implementation blueprints Assist with account planning to help define customer vision in line with solution scope Establish and maintain architecture governance and methodologies to promote consistency and effective communication across the SAP architecture landscape Engage in the customer lifecycle as a core member of the account team Design and integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains Lead or contribute to the development of target architectures and customer roadmaps, ensuring they align with SAP offerings Present innovative ideas to address unique customer challenges Foster strong relationships with customers and support the EPAM sales team during solution discovery sessions Keep up to date with SAP product advancements and the current SAP solution portfolio to inform customer roadmaps Estimate the effort required for process improvements, organizational changes, SAP technical configuration, and development tasks Requirements At least 8 years of experience working with SAP products Minimum of 3 years in roles such as leader, manager, owner, architect, or coordinator At least 2 years managing teams of 20 or more people Experience participating in at least 5 full-cycle projects or multiple projects covering different stages of the development lifecycle Demonstrated expertise in overseeing SAP pre-sale and implementation project governance, including requirements analysis, fit-gap analysis, process and organizational change, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Background in evaluating customer solutions and identifying opportunities for SAP implementation Proficiency in developing SAP Solution-specific functional requirements and pinpointing IT and business enablers from concept to blueprint Ability to lead architecture governance and methodologies for consistency and collaboration within SAP architecture Experience in designing and integrating business, data, application, and technical architecture domains Capability to lead or support the creation of target architectures and customer roadmaps that align with SAP solutions Strong skills in building customer relationships and supporting sales teams during solution discovery Ability to estimate work efforts for process improvements, organizational design, SAP configuration, and development Advanced English communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to a wide range of audiences We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award‑winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr
