Job Description:

The Maintenance Department is looking for a seasonal part time Grounds Person whose primary responsibility will be lawn mowing and trimming the campus grounds, along with weeding and other light maintenance duties. Working days and hours may fluctuate based on weather conditions and events happening on campus.

Responsibilities:

· Assist the maintenance staff by mowing and trimming the campus grounds

· Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.

· Ability to run equipment in a safe manner

· All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Must be 18 years of age, reliable and have a flexible schedule due to weather conditions

· Zero Turn mower experience Preferred

· Good work ethic and pride in your work

· Great for Retirees looking for part time work

· Requires working Homecoming Saturday and Graduation Saturday.

· Must pass Federal background check.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$15.00 per hour | 20 hours per week | Monday to Friday with flexibility | May to November
