As a Senior Associate, Change Management Delivery, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Deployment & Change Management (GDCM) team, you will report to the Senior Manager, Change Management Delivery. Your responsibilities include supporting hotel change efforts, enhancing hotel‑facing materials and processes, and contributing to PEP first‑in‑country pilots.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Support property‑level change by gathering hotel insights, surfacing risks, and working as an individual contributor alongside GDCM and regional teams, with responsibilities evolving as the team grows.
  • Translate system updates into clear, hotel‑ready guidance by documenting feedback, identifying patterns, and sharing gaps with the right teams.
  • Review hotel‑facing materials, toolkits, job aids, presentations, and reference guides, and strengthen them using insights gained through documentation and feedback loops.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with subject matter experts, deployment partners, and regional leaders to share hotel insights, discuss system changes, and problem‑solve during technology transitions.
  • Work with content and process owners to update hotel‑facing materials, clarify workflows, and ensure information is accurate and easy for hotels to use.
  • Coordinate with global partners to exchange updates, discuss recurring themes from hotel engagement, and content and processes throughout deployments.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Support global initiatives tied to GDCM's roadmap by contributing insights, refining materials, and helping advance priorities from the initiative backlog.
  • Contribute learnings from first‑in‑country pilots and regional interactions to help shape scalable processes that improve future rollout experiences.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Two (2) years of work experience in hotel operations
  • One (1) year of experience supporting technology deployments or organizational change
  • One (1) year of experience using Hilton PMS, CRS, or related interfaces
  • Travel up to 50%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 8+ years of Technology related experience
  • Five (5)+ years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Three (3)+ years contributing to large‑scale deployments
  • Three (3)+ years working with Hilton PMS, CRS, and interface implementation standards
  • Bilingual capabilities to support global hotel teams
