As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to expand our client base and strengthen our presence in the payments and financial services sectors.Position SummaryThe Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and promoting Intelica's software and analytics solutions. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and an interest in payments, card economics, and financial analytics.
Intelica is at a clear inflection point: our core products are proven with financial institutions, and there are several high-potential, underpenetrated markets ahead. This role offers meaningful ownership in scaling a specialized business, with close exposure to senior stakeholders and real influence on go-to-market ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities within financial institutions, payment processors, fintech firms, and enterprise merchants.Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear forecasting and reporting.Develop a deep understanding of Intelica's card scheme fee analytics offerings to effectively articulate value propositions.Conduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations to key stakeholders.Collaborate with internal analytics and consulting teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client Intelica at industry events, webinars, and conferences.Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform the company's sales :~ Based in Europe~2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise SaaS, consulting, financial services, payments, or analytics solutions.~ This role is best suited for someone who has already closed complex B2B deals and is ready for more ownership~ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.~ Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies.~ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.~ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
