Senior Producer, Campaign - EA SPORTS Brand


Electronic Art’s internal Creative team aims to ignite players’ imaginations through world-class creative and craftsmanship. Our multidisciplinary team consists of storytellers, designers, artists, and innovators. Together we develop the strategic vision of our products, create memorable and distinctive brands, run world-class multi-channel campaigns, and execute innovative global engagement across all player touchpoints. We’re looking for a Senior Producer to help us execute creative work alongside internal teams and agency partners.


This is a fast-paced, collaborative team, so it’s important to be a quick learner who isn’t afraid to ask questions, while focusing on detail-oriented output. In this dream role you’ll work across various creative campaigns for EA SPORTS.


As a Senior Producer you will report to the Senior Director, Campaign Production, XO Creative Studios and will be responsible for leading an integrated asset campaign for our EA SPORTS Brand level initiatives.


Responsibilities
:

Within the Creative group, the Senior Producer of the Campaign Production team is responsible for planning the creative production approach for a game title’s marketing campaign, with responsibilities including:


  • Focus on upfront content campaign planning from strategic briefing to budget scoping, staff resourcing, creative concepting, and production execution hand-off.
  • Drive concept development for major beats alongside Creative leads and Execution partners.
  • Own creative agency engagements and the various work streams that this process includes (e.g. project scoping, contract development, budgeting, development of major creative concepts, stakeholder reviews).
  • Maintain campaign content planning trackers and sync with partners to ensure understanding of creative content outlook and status.
  • Within our XO Creative Studios team, act as the key point of contact for production teams when it comes to campaign content asks, budgeting, staffing needs.
  • Manage and reduce project risks throughout the creative planning and production process.
  • Organize frequent creative reviews with studio, franchise marketing, talent, licensee's/licensors and other team members to solicit feedback and approval on creative development and campaign plans.
  • Support executive reviews, manage feedback and project changes where relevant.
  • Forecast and distribute annual content budgets for creative work. Maintain campaign creative asset budgets and meet with finance partners to ensure accuracy of budget control documents.


Qualifications
:

  • 8+ Years’ experience in Producer roles.
  • Strong understanding of pre/post/editorial/design production processes.
  • You can take projects from inception to execution.
  • You are a resolver of conflicts, able to help people and teams with opposing points of view come together and agree on goals and solutions.
  • You maintain a total ownership mentality, accountable and invested in great outcomes and high-quality content.
  • Familiar with live-action production.
  • Familiar with the design process and computer-generated imagery (CGI).
  • Common production tools: Airtable, Frame.io, Frontify, Google Drive.
