In this role, you will lead the global product messaging and communication strategy for a highly technical, fast-growing AI infrastructure platform used by developers and enterprises worldwide. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, and sales, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that drive adoption and market leadership. From shaping positioning and go-to-market strategies to launching new features and empowering internal teams, your work will have a direct impact on product success and business growth. You will collaborate with deeply technical teams, influence roadmap direction, and own the voice of the customer. Operating in a dynamic, remote-first, and high-growth environment, you will have both autonomy and strategic influence. Accountabilities:
  • Own and continuously refine product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy across technical and business audiences
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions for developers, data engineers, and enterprise stakeholders
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation points
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape launch strategies and external communications from early development stages
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to incorporate customer insights into positioning and content strategy
  • Create and maintain high-impact technical marketing assets, including whitepapers, solution briefs, demos, presentations, and competitive battlecards
  • Produce technical content such as blog posts, product updates, and release announcements to engage and educate the community
  • Build scalable internal enablement programs through training, product walkthroughs, and objection-handling materials
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, or data science; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing, solutions engineering, technical evangelism, or related software-focused roles
  • Strong understanding of developer workflows, data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, LLMs, and modern AI platforms
  • Proven ability to position and market highly technical products to both technical and executive audiences
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • High level of autonomy, adaptability, and comfort working in ambiguous, startup-style settings
