Industry: ISP / OSP / Civil / NOC Engineering
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions including ISP/OSP engineers, Civil site staff, Job Performers, and NOC Engineers. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates to meet project and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers for technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Telecom/ISP/OSP/Civil engineering domain.
- Strong knowledge of technical job profiles (ISP, OSP, Civil, NOC).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
