Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently while ensuring proper presentation.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining proper math skills.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of brewing techniques or bartending experience is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling is beneficial.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety practices is essential.
