About the Role

Cambrian is hiring a Senior Digital Growth & E-Commerce Manager to lead the full rebuild, redesign, and growth of Blaze Coffee Co., our premium coffee brand.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for:

  • Rebuilding the website to match premium branding
  • driving digital growth and online revenue
  • owning marketing strategy and customer acquisition

You will work directly with leadership and have major influence on brand direction, digital strategy, and business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the complete rebuild and redesign of the Blaze Coffee Co. website (Shopify/WordPress).
  • Own digital growth strategy across SEO, paid ads, email, and e-commerce.
  • Manage and scale Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
  • Improve UX/UI, conversion rates, and mobile performance.
  • Develop and execute high-performance marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.
  • Strengthen branding, visual presentation, and online customer experience.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and digital revenue channels.
  • Manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners when needed.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in senior digital marketing, growth, or e-commerce leadership.
  • Proven experience rebuilding or launching e-commerce websites.
  • Strong Shopify and/or WordPress experience.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, paid media, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing strategy.
  • Strong branding and visual direction skills.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing tools.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, execution, and analytical skills.

Pay: $45,159.16-$650,000.00 per year
