Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Content Coordinator to oversee our online presence. This role will focus on planning, creating, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms and website, helping to showcase our collection and tell the stories behind our rings.

This is a part-time role suited to someone with a strong visual eye, excellent writing skills, and an interest in jewellery, design, or luxury products.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Plan and create engaging visual and written content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Photograph and film jewellery for social media, stories, and reels
  • Write captions, product highlights, and storytelling posts about antique rings and gemstones
  • Assist with creating content for the website, including product descriptions and blog posts

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish posts across Instagram and Facebook
  • Maintain a consistent posting calendar
  • Monitor comments, messages, and general engagement
  • Track performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement

Website & Digital Content

  • Assist with uploading new pieces to the website
  • Ensure product imagery and descriptions are consistent with brand tone
  • Help keep online content fresh and visually appealing

Brand & Growth

  • Help grow our online audience and strengthen brand identity
  • Research trends and new content ideas within jewellery, luxury retail, and social media
  • Support occasional campaigns or promotions

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram especially)
  • Strong visual sense for photography and composition
  • Excellent written English and storytelling ability
  • Familiarity with content tools (Canva, scheduling tools, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics
  • Interest in jewellery, design, antiques, or luxury products is highly desirable
