Position Overview

We are a staffing agency building a talented pool of Social Media Managers to serve our diverse client base. This is a general opportunity targeting both junior and senior professionals with experience in managing social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. All candidates will work remotely from Argentina for U.S.-based clients, handling a variety of brands and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Create engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience and brand voice.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and campaigns (portfolio or case studies preferred).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, insights, and KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling content and campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation is a plus.
