Job Overview

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive relationships.
  • Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions while optimizing ad performance through keyword research and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, marketing, and e-commerce to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Track campaign success through detailed reporting on KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and conversion metrics; adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation within a digital marketing or related environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and social listening tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating effective paid campaigns.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
