Software Engineer 4 (Martech / AdTech)

You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Martech / AdTech solutions across web, mobile, and backend systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and integrating APIs to support campaign delivery, personalization, and tracking - Collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and performant ad & marketing experiences - Implementing targeting and measurement capabilities using first- and third-party data - Contributing to the architecture and technical roadmap of the Martech / AdTech stack - Ensuring security, compliance, and data quality across integrations and data flows - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to latency, delivery, and data consistency - Staying current with industry best practices, tools, and platform capabilities (e.g. DSPs, DMPs, CDPs) - Supporting experimentation, A / B testing, and audience segmentation infrastructure - Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions In addition to the above responsibilities, you must have the following qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in software development - Hands-on experience with AdTech or Martech platforms (DSP, DMP, CDP, CRM, tracking tools, etc.) - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar - Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS / Azure) - Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following must-have skills: - Python / Java - REST APIs - SQL - Cloud (GCP / AWS / Azure) - DSP / DMP / CDP - Data pipelines - Tagging / tracking - Git / CI / CD You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Martech / AdTech solutions across web, mobile, and backend systems.
