Solution IT Inc. is looking for Sr. Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant Quote to Cash (O2C) for one of its clients at Remote / Travel to San Francisco CA) Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant Quote to Cash (O2C) Summary Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant with deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support a strategic partner engagement. The consultant will work alongside Thought Logic's PMO and Change Management teams on a Fusion Cloud deployment, providing functional guidance, Fit/Gap analysis, and client advisory services. Responsibilities: • Lead functional Fit/Gap analysis for Oracle Fusion Quote-to-Cash modules including Order Management, Pricing, Contracts, and Accounts Receivable • Advise client stakeholders on Oracle Fusion ERP best practices, standard configurations, and process optimization opportunities • Collaborate with OCS (Oracle Consulting Services) implementation team on technical requirements and solution design • Support PMO and Change Management workstreams with functional expertise and business process documentation • Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into Oracle Fusion configurations • Identify gaps requiring extensions, integrations, or workarounds and recommend appropriate solutions • Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and user training materials as needed • Participate in UAT support and go-live readiness activities Required Skills • 7+ years of Oracle ERP experience with minimum 3+ years specifically on Oracle Fusion Cloud • Deep functional expertise in Quote-to-Cash processes: Order Management, Pricing, Contracts Management, Accounts Receivable • Proven track record of 2+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations • Strong experience conducting Fit/Gap analysis and requirements documentation • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in a multi-vendor environment alongside OCS and partner teams • Oracle Fusion Cloud certification (Order Management, Financials, or related) • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for O2C integrations • Background in subscription billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), or complex pricing scenarios • Experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud or Configure-Price-Quote processes • Prior experience working with Big 4 or large SI partners Work Site: Remote (Travel required to San Francisco, CA) Duration: 6+ Months Expected Start Date: Immediate Number of Positions: 1 Please send your responses back to About Solution IT Solution IT is a national IT consulting company specializing in: Technology Staffing and Oracle E-Business Solutions based in Boston, Massachusetts.
