In this pivotal role, you will work alongside senior project leadership to structure work plans, define critical activities, and guide the team in executing a disciplined project schedule. You will play a key role in tracking progress, analyzing performance trends, and producing clear, actionable reports that support decisive project management. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, brings clarity to complex challenges, and whose expertise directly contributes to the successful delivery of a high‑profile industrial site.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Sr. Project Scheduler Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·       <span>Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of comprehensive CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and other industry‑standard tools, ensuring alignment with project scope, execution strategy, and contract requirements.</span></p><p>·       <span>Collaborate with project executives, project managers, trade partners, and technical experts to define activity sequencing, establish logic ties, validate durations, and structure a fully resource‑aware and cost‑loaded schedule where required.</span></p><p>·       <span>Drive schedule governance and controls, establishing baselines, managing updates, analyzing variances, and forecasting critical and near‑critical path impacts.</span></p><p>·       <span>Perform proactive delay analysis and schedule risk assessments, identifying emerging constraints and recommending mitigation or recovery strategies to keep the project on schedule and within budget.</span></p><p>·       <span>Coordinate schedule integration across design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, ensuring all stakeholders maintain synchronized and realistic execution plans.</span></p><p>·       <span>Prepare and deliver clear, data‑driven progress reports and performance dashboards that communicate schedule status, trends, risk exposures, and key decision points to project leadership.</span></p><p>·       <span>Lead and facilitate Lean scheduling practices, including Pull Planning, Look‑Ahead Planning, and Last Planner System™ activities, to drive reliable workflow and continuous improvement.</span></p><p>·       <span>Support change management efforts by evaluating the schedule impacts of design revisions, RFIs, submittal delays, change orders, and field‑driven modifications.</span></p><p>·       <span>Maintain rigorous documentation of schedule assumptions, methodologies, and revisions to ensure transparency, traceability, and compliance.</span></p><p>·       <span>Coordinate with BIM and design coordination teams to align model development, sequencing, and milestone deliverables with the master schedule, when required.</span></p><p><strong>Sr. Project Scheduler Requirements:</strong></p><p><span>·       </span><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong><span> in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field. </span></p><p><span>·       </span><strong>Certification(s) preferred</strong><span>: PMI‑SP, PMI‑PMP, PMI‑CP, AACEI PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or CCP (Certified Cost Professional). </span></p><p><span>·       </span><strong>Minimum 5+ years of experience</strong><span> as a scheduler on large, complex construction or industrial projects;
