Amazon Pharmacy’s Supply Chain Manager will deliver the best operating, lowest cost infrastructure. #everydaybetter Key job responsibilities <ul><li> Manage cross-functional projects to enhance operational capabilities and customer satisfaction</li><li> Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes</li><li> Work with internal Amazon teams like TESS to ensure correct configurations for new sites and lanes</li><li> Troubleshoot TESS configuration issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical blockers</li><li> Coordinate with ATROPs on system integration, data validation, and process improvements</li><li> Partner with product teams to identify requirements and implement technical solutions</li><li> Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact</li><li> Coordinate with stakeholders like Fulfillment Centers, Transportation, and Product</li><li> Other duties as assigned </li></ul>About The Team Amazon Pharmacy (AP) Transportation Analytics Planning & Execution (TAPE) works to optimize speed, cost, and quality with a high delivery performance bar for our customers’ medication shipments. We serve as a ‘steward of the pharmacy network,’ working to ensure all decisions on transportation capacity and carriers are in the best interest of customers and Amazon as a whole while ensuring compliance and safety are foremost in all our transportation decisions. TAPE's responsibilities fall broadly into categories of: Network Planning & Integration, Delivery Performance Management, Compliance, Execution and Analytics. Basic Qualifications <ul><li> 3+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience</li><li> Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, engineering, statistics or related field</li><li> Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities</li><li> Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing</li><li> Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li> Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field</li><li> 5+ years of supply chain experience</li><li> 5+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience</li><li> Experience with transportation configuration </li></ul>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
