Amazon Pharmacy’s Supply Chain Manager will deliver the best operating, lowest cost infrastructure.<br><br>#everydaybetter<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Manage cross-functional projects to enhance operational capabilities and customer satisfaction</li><li> Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes</li><li> Work with internal Amazon teams like TESS to ensure correct configurations for new sites and lanes</li><li> Troubleshoot TESS configuration issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical blockers</li><li> Coordinate with ATROPs on system integration, data validation, and process improvements</li><li> Partner with product teams to identify requirements and implement technical solutions</li><li> Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact</li><li> Coordinate with stakeholders like Fulfillment Centers, Transportation, and Product</li><li> Other duties as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>Amazon Pharmacy (AP) Transportation Analytics Planning & Execution (TAPE) works to optimize speed, cost, and quality with a high delivery performance bar for our customers’ medication shipments. We serve as a ‘steward of the pharmacy network,’ working to ensure all decisions on transportation capacity and carriers are in the best interest of customers and Amazon as a whole while ensuring compliance and safety are foremost in all our transportation decisions. TAPE's responsibilities fall broadly into categories of: Network Planning & Integration, Delivery Performance Management, Compliance, Execution and Analytics.
