Sea Bags, the original maker of one-of-a-kind totes, handbags, and accessories crafted in the USA from recycled sailboat sails, is looking for a Seasonal Full-Time Store Manager to join our team in our beautiful Ogunquit store.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service while sharing the Sea Bags brand story.
  • Engage customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Lead and support store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Motivate and develop the team to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
  • Foster a positive and team-oriented store environment.
  • Ensure proper execution of merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation.
  • Train employees on company policies, sales strategies, and product knowledge.
  • Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous successful experience as a retail store manager, supervisor, or in a leadership role.
  • Strong customer service and people management skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Experience using POS systems with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.
