Sub Contractor for Nightly Cleaning

In search for a sub-contractor to perform nightly cleanings 5 nights/week after 6pm.

Scope = Focus on quality every day. Ceiling to floor dusting, surface (including all touch surfaces like handles) wiping, front window sill and door wiping, full restroom sanitization, vacuuming/mopping floors, taking out the trash, detailing on rotation, spot stain cleaning, and exterior windows 1x/month
  • Detailing on rotation includes descaling/bowl cleaner, baseboard cleaning, interior windows, door frames, cleaning behind furniture, etc. The entire building should be completed in 1-week.
  • \"Spot stain cleaning\" is: 1) carpet stains less than 6 inches than can be manually spot scrubbed with carpet cleaner; 2) hard surface stains less that 18 inches that can be manually spot scrubbed with degreaser, attack, or tile & grout
  • Exterior windows 1x/month is the front facing exterior windows completed monthly. Interior windows should be spot cleaned nightly and detailed on rotation
Frequency & Access = 5 nights/week on Monday-Friday with entry after 6pm. Prior notice will be given for any skipped cleanings. Cleanings may never be skipped unless previously authorized.

We request a capabilities statement because future requests could include flooring.
