Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.</p><p></p><p>The <b>Supervisor Filling for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics</b> is responsible for ensuring production quantities and availability of filling systems, improving performance and GMP compliance, and driving continuous improvement.</p><p></p><p>This position is part of the Manufacturing & Operations – Production Operations department located in Krefeld, Germany and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.</p><p></p><p>You will be a part of the Production Operations team and report to the Senior Manager Reagent Manufacturing, responsible for leading filling operations and driving DBS initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced leadership role and want to work to build a world-class manufacturing organization—read on.</p><p></p><p><b>In this role, you will have the opportunity to: </b></p><p>• <span>Lead a team of approximately 10 production workers</span><span> </span></p><p><b>​</b>• Ensure production quantities according to the production plan and maintain availability of filling systems for timely delivery of finished products</p><p>• Optimize resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve production goals<br />• Conduct daily operational walkthroughs (Gemba Walk) and improve performance through corrective actions while ensuring GMP compliance<br />• Apply DBS tools such as PSP, 5S, 5-Why, and DM to drive continuous improvement of KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity)<br />• Create annual goals and development plans with direct reports and lead productivity improvement initiatives<br />• Foster a proactive approach to EHS and maintain clear communication with stakeholders<br />• Lead projects and equipment upgrades</p><p></p><p><b>The essential requirements of the job include: </b></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience<br />• Alternatively, an Industrial Master’s in chemistry or other technical qualification, or an engineering degree with relevant experience<br />• Several years of experience in manufacturing (GMP desirable) in medical technology, food, or chemical industry<br />• 5+ years of management and team leadership experience<br />• Experience working with Lean Management and continuous improvement initiatives<br />• Fluent German and English skills</p><p></p><p><b>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:</b></p><p>• Leading Kaizen events and applying DBS tools<br />• Coaching teams in Lean methodologies and operational excellence</p><p></p><p>This position works on-site full time and is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.</p></div><p></p><p><span>Join our winning team today.
