Why does this role exist?This role exists to build, automate, and document core operating workflows across Go High Level, Notion, and Motion so the business runs smoothly without micromanagement. The specialist will configure reliable Twilio SMS communications, create SOPs, manage task flow, and handle scheduling and follow-arenaflex across multiple business initiatives. Ultimately, this hire replaces a prior poor fit with a self-sufficient, high-integrity operator who learns fast, takes pride in their work, and saves the owner meaningful time. The Impact you’ll make Workflow Automation & Systems Integration • Design and implement end-to-end automations in Go High Level, Notion, and Motion • Configure Twilio-powered SMS workflows (e.g., daily messages and reminders to team members) • Build views/dashboards and smart scheduling in Motion for prioritization and execution • QA, iterate, and maintain documentation for all automations SOPs & Process Documentation • Map current processes and create clear SOPs, checklists, and templates in Notion • Establish version control and taxonomy for easy retrieval and training • Continuously improve processes based on results and feedback Task, Project, and Calendar Management • Plan and auto-schedule tasks in Motion; delegate and follow up to ensure completion • Manage calendars; schedule personal appointments (e.g., doctors, lawyers) • Take structured notes during calls and translate notes into actionable tasks • Coordinate across multiple businesses without dropping details Communication & Executive Support • Maintain SMS-first communication with the principal and team • Provide concise daily updates, surface blockers early, and close loops on tasks • Uphold a positive, professional tone while moving work forward Paid Social Support • Assist with setting up and/or managing Facebook/Meta ad campaigns (if experienced) • Willingness to learn Facebook ads directly from a proven operator (Caffrey) • Help maintain basic tracking, assets, and reporting as needed Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required: • Hands-on proficiency with Go High Level, Notion, and Motion (all three required) • Demonstrated experience configuring Twilio-based SMS workflows (preferably via GHL) • Strong SOP creation and process documentation track record • Organized, self-sufficient operator with excellent follow-through and integrity • Availability M–F, 12 PM–8 PM ET (40 hours/week); reliable remote work setup • WFH Set-Up: • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up. • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam • Back-up computer and internet connection • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home Your Superpowers: • Technical: Go High Level pipelines/workflows, Twilio SMS setup, Notion databases/templates, Motion AI scheduling and prioritization • Operational: Task delegation, follow-arenaflex, calendar management, structured note-taking, QA mindset • Personal: Honest and upfront communicator, takes pride in work, positive attitude, fast learner, highly organized, calm under pressure, doesn’t coast or waste time • Bonus: Facebook/Meta Ads familiarity or strong willingness to learn from an expert You should apply if… • You have a strong moral compass, own your results, and admit what you don’t know while learning fast • You take genuine pride in building systems that work and love making operations run smoothly • You bring positive energy, follow through on commitments, and thrive in a self-directed role • You’re motivated to grow, open to learning Facebook ads, and eager to support multiple business lines What to expect...Work Setup: • Remote position • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system Working Hours: • 40 hours per week • Monday -Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM ET Compensation: • $7 per hour • No benefits package included Benefits Apply tot his job
