You identify, reach, and build a pipeline of high-quality AI engineering talent — working closely with the Head of People & Recruiting to rapidly fill key roles. You combine technical understanding with efficient execution.</p><p><br></p><p>You'll report to the Head of People & Recruiting as the core execution force of the recruiting team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Execute high-volume sourcing across multiple channels: LinkedIn, GitHub, tech communities, competitor talent mapping, and direct outreach</li><li>Conduct initial candidate screening: evaluate technical backgrounds, review project portfolios and GitHub contributions, assess fit for engineering roles</li><li>Coordinate the full interview process: scheduling, candidate communication, interviewer briefing, and feedback collection</li><li>Manage candidate pipelines in ATS: maintain accurate records, track pipeline metrics, report on sourcing funnel performance</li><li>Operate recruiting channels: post and optimize JDs, participate in tech community discussions, maintain MiAO AI's presence on recruiting platforms</li><li>Build and maintain a talent map database of AI engineers in Singapore and Southeast Asia</li><li>Support employer branding: help organize tech meetups, write social media content, represent MiAO AI at recruiting events</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You May Be a Good Fit If You...</strong></p><ul><li>Your daily workflow is 100% AI-driven — you use AI to research candidates, personalize outreach, analyze pipelines, and automate repetitive work</li><li>1+ years of technical recruiting experience with demonstrated sourcing and screening ability in AI/ML or software engineering</li><li>Technical literacy: able to read candidates' GitHub profiles, understand their tech stacks, and assess whether their experience is relevant to AI product engineering</li><li>Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub Search, Boolean Search) and ATS platforms</li><li>Able to generate qualified pipelines quickly while maintaining candidate quality, with clean ATS data and timely follow-ups</li><li>Naturally curious about technology — you enjoy learning what engineers are building and can have effective conversations about their work</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience recruiting AI engineers — able to distinguish candidates who've built production systems from those who've only built prototypes</li><li>Knowledge of the Singapore tech talent market: where AI engineers cluster, competitive salary benchmarks, visa considerations</li><li>Recruiting operations experience: pipeline analytics, conversion rate optimization, sourcing channel ROI measurement</li><li>Experience supporting employer branding through content creation or community engagement</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Annual Salary Range:</strong> SGD 75,000 — 110,000</p><p>Compensation includes base salary and AWS/13th month salary.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Other Information</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>Fluent in English and Chinese.
