Technical Recruiter(Cybersecurity Specialist)
Job Description
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple functions, ensuring timely and quality hires aligned with business needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring demands.
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, including ATS optimization, workflow enhancements, and interview design to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing approaches such as digital campaigns, talent mapping, and market intelligence to strengthen hiring outcomes.
Build recruitment dashboards from scratch and leverage analytics to provide actionable insights, track KPIs, and support data-driven hiring decisions.
Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment delivery, especially in hiring Cybersecurity talents with strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
Demonstrated experience building recruitment dashboards and reports from scratch, with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Hands-on experience optimizing recruitment systems, tools, and processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance productivity and candidate/manager experience.
Proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and drives continuous improvement.
