Sunn Brands is a Jacksonville-based consumer goods company managing 15+ product brands across categories including eyewear, safety, outdoor, food, kids & family, and power & tech. We sell primarily on Amazon and are actively building out TikTok Shop as a major sales channel.
Our founder has a proven track record growing large social media audiences — including building the largest Facebook foodie community in Jacksonville — and brings hands-on experience as a food and lifestyle content creator. You won't be guessing what good looks like here. You'll be working directly alongside someone who's done it, learning from real experience, and helping apply those same content instincts to a growing portfolio of consumer products.
What you'll do
- Own and manage our TikTok Shop presence — product listings, shop setup, and shoppable content
- Create and star in (or direct) short-form content showcasing our sunglasses lines and spices & sauces products
- Plan, shoot, and edit product demos, styling videos, recipe content, and lifestyle shoots that drive click-to-purchase
- Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliate creators to promote our products
- Repurpose top-performing TikTok content for Instagram Reels and Facebook
- Monitor TikTok Shop analytics — views, GMV, conversion rates — and optimize based on data
- Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and formats and apply them quickly to our products
- Collaborate with the product and design teams on new launches and seasonal campaigns
What we're looking for
- A genuine passion for fashion, food, or both — you follow foodie and style creators, you know the trends, and you bring that energy to your content
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop — setting up listings, running shoppable videos, or managing an affiliate program
- Proven track record creating short-form video content that drives engagement and sales
- Comfortable on camera and behind the camera — product demos, recipe videos, styling hooks, voiceovers
- Proficient with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or similar
- Strong grasp of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and what makes content convert
- Self-starter who can manage multiple product lines and posting schedules independently
- Data-driven — you know your GMV, CVR, and ROAS and use them to make decisions
Nice to have
- An existing following in the food, cooking, fashion, or lifestyle space
- Experience creating recipe or cooking content — we have spice and sauce products that need a creator who can make them shine
- Experience with Amazon Influencer Program or Amazon shoppable video content
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager for paid promotion
- Experience managing content across multiple brands simultaneously
What we offer
- $45,000 – $50,000 annual salary, based on experience
