About the Role

The Senior Enrollment Transaction Processor supports the Enrollment Supervisor by handling escalated issues, ensuring accurate processing of enrollment-related documentation, and providing coverage in the supervisor's absence. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally with both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for managing daily workflow, maintaining high-quality processing standards, and assisting with customer service calls as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide data entry and documentation processing support
  • Analyze daily workflow and assignments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Process enrollment-related forms including EFT/ACH, Change of Address, EDI, and other correspondence for BLNG and ENRG programs
  • Research and resolve escalated issues in collaboration with the Enrollment Supervisor
  • Return missing correspondence (RTP) in a timely and organized manner
  • Maintain logs, records, and documentation according to established guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards and production expectations
  • Preferred Proficiency in CWAS, Achieve, CCM, and Microsoft Office O365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Support inbound and outbound customer service calls when needed
  • Assist with additional duties as required by the supervisor or department
Requirement:

To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
  • Must pass Government Security Clearance, including fingerprinting and credit check.
  • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to successfully pass Pre-Employment screening including Drug Test.
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the worksite (Tallahassee, FL)

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $18.91/hr.
