We are seeking a U.S.-based tax professional to assist with 2025 e-filings for two separate foreign-owned Delaware-incorporated C Corps. Both companies are owned by a UK limited company. Company A traded and paid out dividends in 2025 Company B stopped trading in 2024 but paid out dividends in 2025 Forms to be e-filed for company A: 1120 5472 1042 1042-S Forms to be e-filed for company B: 1042 1042-S We would also like for you to assess whether any additional forms are needed.
