Seeking a freelancer

Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced videographer or small production team to film a two-day content shoot in London in March 2026. The project will capture high-quality brand and lifestyle content for digital and social distribution.

Scope of Work

• Two full filming days in London

• Combination of on-location b-roll, lifestyle footage, and short interview segments

• Professional audio capture for interviews

• Delivery of multiple edited assets suitable for web and social platforms

Deliverables (Proposed)

• 1 primary brand video (60–120 seconds)

• 3–5 short-form social edits (15–45 seconds each)

• All final files delivered in web-ready formats

• Raw footage provided upon completion

Production Requirements

• Professional cinema-grade camera equipment

• Stabilization (gimbal or equivalent)

• Wireless lavalier audio and/or boom setup

• Basic lighting kit for interviews

• Drone capability (optional — please specify if licensed)

Proposal Should Include

• Day rate(s) for filming

• Estimated editing days and post-production costs

• Equipment list included in rate

• Crew size (if more than one person)

• Portfolio links showcasing relevant work

• Estimated turnaround timeline

• Any additional expenses (travel, permits, licensing, etc.)

Filming window: March 10–11, 2026

Final delivery desired within 2–3 weeks of filming.
