Virtual Assistant for Targeted Job Applications (India and Canada)

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support targeted cybersecurity job search and job applications in India and Canada.

This is NOT bulk applying. I am looking for someone who focuses on quality, accuracy and role matching

Responsibilities:

Search for relevant cybersecurity roles in Canada and India

Prepare and submit high-quality targeted applications following my provided instructions and workflow.

I will maintain ownership of core job portal accounts where required.

Track all applications in a structured spreadsheet

Avoid duplicate applications

Prioritize quality over quantity

Flag roles that require visa sponsorship when applicable

Requirements:

Prior experience with job application support

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri

Strong attention to detail

Good written English

Experience supporting tech/cybersecurity roles is a plus

Pre-fill job applications using my provided information

Share completed applications with me for review before submission (India & Canada)

Lightly tailor resume keywords to match the job description (no fabrication)

Maintain accuracy and consistency across applications

Initial Scope:

5–10 hours per week (trial phase)
