VP of Sales
Weâre looking for a Vice President of Sales in the Building Solutions Industry.
Our client is a North American leader in engineered building solutions, known for their innovative approach to design, manufacturing, and distribution. This is a rare opportunity to join the executive team of a dynamic, growth-oriented company with a global footprint. The Vice President of Sales will lead a high-performance sales organization, expand distribution networks, and drive revenue across North America and international markets. Note this position is based out of Huron County Ontario and relocation may be required.
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies across Canadian, U.S., and global markets
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, including regional directors in Canada and the U.S.
- Expand and support a growing dealer and distribution network
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, product development, and finance to align sales efforts with business goals
- Establish sales targets, KPIs, and forecasting models to drive performance and accountability
- Oversee customer contracts, pricing strategies, receivables, and margin management
- Support strategic marketing efforts including SEO, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and international dealer conferences
- 20+ years of sales experience, with 10+ years in senior leadership roles
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications are an asset
- Proven track record in dealer acquisition, sales growth, and market expansion in North America
- Experience in both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a commitment to developing high-performing teams
- Experience in the construction, building products, or manufacturing sectors is preferred
