We are hiring Insurance Operations Specialists to support multiple functions across North America Insurance Services, including Pre/Post placement activities, Policy life cycle operation Certificates of Insurance, and Regulatory/Surplus Lines activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support one of the end-to-end insurance broking activities including but not limited to Pre-placement, Placement, Post-placement, certificates, claims coordination, and policy servicing
  • Manage entire policy lifecycle & client servicing
  • Prepare, review, and manage insurance documentation such as loss runs, exposure data, renewal summaries, policy schedules, certificates, and summaries of insurance
  • Ensure high quality, accuracy, and turnaround times as per KPIs and business standards
  • Adhere strictly to SOPs, compliance guidelines, and internal control requirements
  • Participating in process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Insurance qualifications or prior insurance exposure preferred but not mandatory
