Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday from 12 PM to 10 PM (or until tasks are complete). Role Overview: As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be essential in ensuring smooth logistics of products from receipt to shipment. Your responsibilities will include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to provide exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Cross-train in various warehouse operations, focusing on inbound and outbound logistics.</li> <li>Receive large boxes on the dock, utilize RF scanners, and accurately input product details.</li> <li>Break down product cases and operate heavy equipment for efficient replenishment.</li> <li>Use voice-picking systems to accurately select items for shipment.</li> <li>Palletize large items and prepare them meticulously for shipping.</li> <li>Pack smaller items securely for safe transit.</li> <li>Operate material handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks.</li> </ul> Expectations: <ul> <li>Utilize your skills and knowledge to complete standard tasks efficiently.</li> <li>Quickly learn and apply new processes in your workspace.</li> <li>Maintain necessary licenses, training, and certifications as required.</li> <li>Work on routine assignments while demonstrating the ability to solve some problems independently.</li> <li>Adhere to established procedures and quality guidelines consistently.</li> <li>Operate with a moderate level of supervision, reviewing work regularly with a lead or supervisor.</li> <li>Refer complex issues to a supervisor when needed.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>No warehouse experience is necessary; we seek motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
