The role involves managing water damage restoration projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, scheduling and monitoring project progress, inspecting and ensuring quality work, managing resources, and addressing client concerns promptly. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with company standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong Sales Ability and Background</li><li><span>IICRC certificates a plus</span></li><li>Strong skills in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure smooth operations and efficient resource allocation.</li><li>Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Expertise in Inspection processes to assess property damage and ensure quality restoration work.</li><li>Experience in effectively managing teams and coordinating with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.</li><li>Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a timely manner.</li><li>Knowledge of water damage restoration and construction techniques is a plus.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.</li></ul>
