Who You Are
You are a Website Builder with both technical know-how and an eye for clean, user-focused design. You can transform concepts into functional, high-converting websites and funnels across WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, GoHighLevel and AI-driven builders. You optimize for conversions, SEO, speed, and reliable integrations with CRM and automation stacks.

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain websites, landing pages, sales funnels and secure portals that meet brand and performance standards.
• Implement clean, conversion-focused UX and page templates; deliver mobile-first, accessible experiences.
• Integrate CRMs, analytics, automation and payment systems; create GHL email templates.
• Monitor performance, optimize PageSpeed and SEO, and document QA/version-control processes.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications
• 3–5+ years building and deploying websites/funnels (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, GoHighLevel or equivalent).
• Proven experience integrating CRMs, analytics and automation (GHL experience a must).
• Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals, performance optimization, SEO and accessible design practices; fluent English.

Nice-to-have
• Experience with AI-assisted site-builders or automated site generation workflows.
• Familiarity with headless CMS, portal security and SSO integrations.

Benefits

Compensation & performance bonuses
Base fee: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month (depending on experience).
Performance incentives: Up to USD $500 per month based on exceeding KPIs.

Payment & contractor terms
Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
