Job Description


We have an exciting opportunity for a customer services expert to join our fantastic team as a Welcome Host (Colleague Support Host).

Colleague Support is the go-to team for assisting with the day to day needs of our clients, delivering an exceptional working environment and a 5* Visitor experience.
The Colleague Support Host covers:

  • Main Reception/Front Desk
  • Executive Client Meeting Suite & Internal Meeting Rooms
  • Back of House (floor management to support the Property Services Team)
  • AV & Technology Support (inc. basic AV knowledge)
  • Events & Hosting (ad hoc overtime required, guest registration & support).

Core to your role will be the ability to form strong relationships with our client and colleagues. You will work directly with the wider WSH team & Property Services Team, exposed to many aspects of facilities management and looking after the day-to-day smooth running of our client's flagship office.

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Shifts between 8am - 5pm
Salary: £25,857 per annum

Please note that this is a 5-month maternity leave cover contract.


Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Previous experience in a customer service role or front of house role is essential.
