Responsibilities:
- Answering large volumes of messages and live chats whilst providing exemplary customer service to our potential customers
- Ownership and enquiry distributions from shared inboxes
- Completing all administration in relation to employee onboarding and monthly reports
- Going the "extra mile" to assist the Welcome Team on sales quotes and facilitate future sales
- Can start ASAP!
- At least 4+ years experience in Customer Service, Admin, and Sales
- You can only excel in this role with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Being great at building rapport and relationships with your customers, adding value and always being humble.
- You must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn about umbrella company services and possess a high level of resilience with a passion to develop technical, operational and product knowledge, and with a drive to add value to your customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Teams; and updating CRM systems
Work Setup: Home-based
- Must have at least 50mbps for both download and upload speed
- Must have own laptop/PC
