Responsibilities:
  • Answering large volumes of messages and live chats whilst providing exemplary customer service to our potential customers
  • Ownership and enquiry distributions from shared inboxes
  • Completing all administration in relation to employee onboarding and monthly reports
  • Going the "extra mile" to assist the Welcome Team on sales quotes and facilitate future sales
Qualifications:
  • Can start ASAP!
  • At least 4+ years experience in Customer Service, Admin, and Sales
  • You can only excel in this role with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Being great at building rapport and relationships with your customers, adding value and always being humble.
  • You must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn about umbrella company services and possess a high level of resilience with a passion to develop technical, operational and product knowledge, and with a drive to add value to your customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Teams; and updating CRM systems
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 5:00PM - 2:00AM Manila Time (Must be flexible and open to working both UK and US shift patterns as required.)
Work Setup: Home-based
  • Must have at least 50mbps for both download and upload speed
  • Must have own laptop/PC
