Key Responsibilities:
• Drive design process from initial concept to final styling, ensuring creative cohesion and timely execution across collections.
• Stay ahead of trends by conducting in-depth market, consumer, and runway research, including digital and AI.
• Create original designs using Adobe Illustrator or CLO 3D.
• Build detailed tech packs with specifications, measurements, and BOMs ready for factory handoff.
• Select and source fabrics and trims globally, with sustainability and market in mind.
• Develop production-ready sketches and garment construction notes for sampling.
• Present compelling moodboards, colour palettes, and visual storytelling to internal teams and external buyers.
• Manage sampling, suppliers, and production timelines, ensuring communication is clear and milestones are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising, to ensure alignment across product drops.
• Ability to utilize AI tools (like Midjourney, Runway ML, or ChatGPT) for brainstorming, visual development, or moodboard enhancement will be advantageous.
• Pattern drafting or draping skills are a strong advantage for prototyping and smallrun development.
• Work autonomously and self-manage priorities, while also contributing to a fun, fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of garment fit, fabric behavior, and finishing.
Excellent eye for detail and modern silhouettes.
Fluent in design software: Adobe Creative Suite, CLO 3D.
