Your role Alchemy’s Workday Integration Consultant will help ensure the successful implementation of Workday Student and Platform modules by contributing Workday product, integrations, and consulting expertise to a dynamic and cohesive implementation team. Responsibilities • Be proficient with integrations for the Workday’s Financials (FIN), Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Workday Student products • Perform the following as a member of the deployment team: accurately capture the customer’s business requirements, design and build Workday integration systems, demonstrate integrations through the deployment process, assist in testing integration solutions, and complete knowledge transfer to the customer • Collaborate effectively and synergistically on team-based projects • Help ensure the customer remains referenceable once in production • Take advantage of training opportunities to expand your skillset • Work directly with project manager(s) to provide status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status. • Work with project manager(s) to identify scope changes and change orders as needed • Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or commensurate work experience • Knowledgeable regarding object-oriented programming concepts • Ability to define the object model of a complex business system by mapping its components • Working knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, and/or Restful API • Ability to transform large data sets and format them to various outputs using Excel, XML, and XSLT tools • Ability to work with both functional and technical resources to define requirements • Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration • Strong analytical skills used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design • Experience in technical consulting or as a developer • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% Nice-to-haves • Experience working with higher education customers (university/college) • Workday Integrations certifications Benefits • Market competitive compensation packages and annual merit program • A remote work environment • One-time home office reimbursement for new hires • Expense allowance per pay period (towards technology, office, and/or wellness) • Investment in your ongoing Workday training • Medical, dental, and vision benefits that begin on day one • HSA, FSA, STD, LTD, and life benefits • Unlimited paid time off.
